"I've got access to the videos and need help, how do I get it?"

A. If you have already bought the videos package and have a Support question - login to the Members Area and view the Help section.

"Once I've got access to "11 Days To List Profits" can I download the videos or get them on a CD?"

A. For copyright and updating purposes the videos are only available to view online

"How can I get access to for "11 Days To List Profits"?"

A. You can pay using either a credit card or via PayPal (most countries allow you to set up a PayPal account).

I'm really sorry but I cannot accept cash, checks or money orders.

"I don't have a website, will these videos help me?"

A. Yes! I show you everything! If you can read content on a website you are OVER-QUALIFIED! You do not need your own website (I show you how to get that). You do not need your own product. You do not need any experience at all!

"Getting my own profitable list is all well and good but do you show me how to get more traffic?"

A. Yes! A quarter of the entire course is devoted to how to get traffic using free and virtually-free methods. You are getting direct access to my eleven years' online experience at getting traffic!

"Is there an affiliate program for 11 Days To List Traffic?"

A. Yes. It is only open to "11 Days To List Profits" owners - you can apply for the affiliate program once your "11 Days To List Profits" Membership is activated.

"Why would you WANT to give away your entire process for list building - why don't you just go off, do it and keep it to yourself?"

A. I have done it myself! The question I would ask you back is - why not do both?! You might think if something is so good that it should be kept under wraps. Why should I do that? You have to understand that this has been a culmination of my eleven years online - "11 Days To List Profits" is like my baby - would you keep your baby, your most proud creation hidden away? Of course not - you want to show it to the world!

"Your list building videos do sound like the thing for me but will I need to buy anything else?"

A. You don't have to buy anything else but I will make recommendations to you along the way - such as the part in the course where I show you how to get your own website. If you can find better and cheaper resources than I recommend - good luck to you. The fact of the matter is that there are resources that you will need to get your own list - website, landing page, ways to send the emails etc. BUT you don't need ANY of this before getting the course and I show you free ways where at all possible and failing that - the cheapest and best ways to get exactly what you need to start making profits.

"Are you really telling me that 11 days from now I will have my own profitable list?"

A. Yes. You need to know that this means eleven days effort applying each of the recommended actions after each video. This does not mean watching all the videos and waiting for the money to come in. If you spend 2 - 3 hours a day watching and applying the tactics you can be complete in eleven days. If you have more time each day to do this you will get there quicker. If you can only spend one hour a day it will take you longer.

"Do I need to spend lots of money on advertising to get people onto my list?"

A. No. Like everything in life - this is a balance of time versus cost. Because these videos have been created with you as a beginner / intermediate in mind then you will be shown free methods to get people onto your list.

"You say the videos the will show me how to build my own profitable list but what about traffic?"

A. At least a quarter of all the videos show you how to get traffic using a variety of proven free traffic creation methods that I personally use myself.

"Okay - I am ready to build my own profitable list right now, what do I do?"
